Cookie Policy
This policy explains how vaultintel.co uses cookies and similar technologies, how our consent categories work, and how you can change your choices.
Last updated: 19 August 2026
What cookies and storage technologies are
Cookies are small files or data values stored by your browser on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, may also be used to retain technical settings and preferences or, with your consent, for analytics and advertising.
Necessary
Necessary cookies and storage are used only for essential website functions, security, and remembering your cookie choices. They cannot be disabled through the consent tool because otherwise we would not be able to remember your decision.
vaultintel_consent — a first-party cookie that stores the selected categories, the consent date/time, and the consent policy version. The current retention period is up to 180 days.
Analytics
The “Analytics” category is disabled by default. If you consent to this category, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic and usage in aggregate.
GA4 does not load before you consent to “Analytics.” After consent, it may use first-party cookies such as _ga and cookies whose names begin with _ga_ to measure visits and usage. If you withdraw consent, further data transmission is disabled and we attempt to remove related first-party cookies accessible to this site.
Advertising
The “Advertising” category is disabled by default. It is reserved for potential future advertising and campaign measurement technologies.
Meta Pixel is not currently active on vaultintel.co. If enabled in a future version, it will only be able to load after a visitor has consented to “Advertising,” where consent is required.
Optional cookies only with consent
Before a visitor makes a choice, all optional categories remain disabled. “Reject Optional Cookies” permits only necessary site functions. “Accept All” records consent for both “Analytics” and “Advertising.” In the current version, Google Analytics 4 only activates with “Analytics” consent; Meta Pixel remains inactive.
How to change or withdraw your consent
You can reopen the consent panel at any time using the permanent “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. There, you can enable or disable “Analytics” and “Advertising” separately.
Withdrawing an optional category prevents future activation of technologies in that category. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect basic use of the site.
Future changes
If analytics or advertising tools are added or changed, this policy and the corresponding consent categories will be updated. If the consent policy changes materially, you may be asked to make your choices again.
